The location isn't great, a bit far from the main attractions!!! The shower’s water takes too long to heat up and it's messy, not ideal for clean-ups. The noise from parties can ruin your sleep!!!

The place was a fantastic base for our daily explorations in Viña del Mar, with many attractions like the Flower Clock and Wulff Castle just a nice walk away. The room was roomy and comfortable, with enough storage for our luggage. I appreciated the large, tasty breakfast spread that offered a variety of options to start the day right.

sun, which was perfect for relaxation after a day of exploring. The staff were generally friendly and accommodating, though some could use a bit more training. The breakfast options were solid, but variety could be improved.

The room was clean, modern, and more spacious than I expected. The staff were exceptionally helpful in arranging transportation, making my travels seamless. I enjoyed the large and tasty breakfast selection, and the view of the sea from my room made my mornings delightful.

However, I did notice that some services, like item requests, could be a bit slow.

I especially enjoyed the sauna, which got very hot and helped me warm up during the chilly autumn days. The staff were absolutely great, going above and beyond in arranging transportation, and they even quoted me a better price than my previous hotel. The lounge area was also nice for relaxing.
